sanctuary for your being
WELCOME
Integrative Guidance for Women in Times of Transition
There are seasons when the old ways no longer fit —
when what once felt certain begins to loosen, and the next chapter has not yet taken shape.
Transitions can come through identity shifts, exhaustion, physical changes, repeating patterns,
or a quiet but persistent sense that something essential is asking to change.
This is a sanctuary for such times.
Here you are invited to slow down — listening to the rhythms of your body, your breath, and the wider movement of your life. Through somatic therapy, guided creative process, and ancestral pattern awareness, I accompany women navigating inner and outer transition — helping the nervous system settle, old patterns loosen, and a clearer, more grounded direction gradually emerge.
The Threshold of Being and Becoming
— Times of Change and Inner Reorientation
Each path is unique, yet it moves in cycles. There are seasons of building and outward movement — and there are quieter seasons when what once carried us begins to loosen.
In times of change, familiar identities may no longer fit. Old ways of coping can feel tired. Clarity may seem distant. You may sense that something essential is shifting, yet the shape of what comes next has not fully formed.
This is a threshold — a liminal space between what has been and what is not yet fully here.
In such moments, pushing forward often creates more confusion. What is needed instead is a different rhythm — one that allows space to pause, to feel, and to listen more deeply.
This work offers that space. Together, we gently attend to the wisdom of the body and nervous system, to emotional undercurrents, and to patterns — personal and ancestral — that may still be shaping your present. We remain attentive as well to your wider field of belonging: to nature, to place, and to the unseen threads that connect you to something larger than the individual story.
Through somatic awareness and art therapy processes, inner images and unspoken layers begin to find expression. Creativity here is not about harmony and aesthetics, but about entering into dialogue with your deep core. Images, symbols, movement, and imagination open pathways that thinking alone cannot reach. Through them, we reconnect with desire, possibility, and the deeper currents of the self.
In times of transition, when identity feels fluid and undefined, creative process allows new possibilities to be sensed before they are fully articulated. It opens a space where forgotten aspects of self can reappear and where emerging versions of life can be explored gently and without pressure. What has been held quietly can begin to move. What has not yet taken shape can begin to form.
There is no imposed timeline here. Change unfolds in its own rhythm. As the body settles and awareness deepens, a renewed orientation often begins to emerge — not through force, but through alignment with what feels most alive and true.
This is both a holding and a quietly catalytic space: a place where you can arrive as you are, and where the next becoming is allowed to form with steadiness and care.
This work may be for you if...
You are in a season where something is shifting — even if you cannot yet name it.
• A familiar way of being no longer fits, and what comes next feels unclear
• You are moving through loss, separation, or significant life change
• Burnout, exhaustion, or emotional overwhelm have left you disconnected from yourself
• Anxiety or low mood are intertwined with deeper questions of meaning
• You are navigating midlife transition or an identity shift
• Important choices are present, yet clarity feels distant
• Your creativity feels blocked or your inner life feels undernourished
• You sense that old family or ancestral patterns are shaping your present
• You long for a wider sense of belonging — to your body, to nature, to something beyond the personal story
You do not need to arrive with answers. Only a willingness to slow down and meet what is present with honesty and care.
the doorways within the work
Within Oltaria, the work unfolds through different doorways. These are not separate paths, but interconnected dimensions of the same process. Some women feel drawn to one doorway more strongly; others find their journey naturally weaves between them.
Some arrive simply feeling exhausted, uncertain, or at a threshold. We begin with reflective conversation and gentle somatic grounding, allowing clarity and steadiness to emerge. Others come with a clear call — for ancestral healing, creative process, ritual and earth-based work, or spiritual guidance — and we enter directly through that doorway.
However you arrive, the foundation remains the same: soul-centered, embodied guidance rooted in attuned listening, somatic awareness, and a pace that honors your nervous system. Across all doorways, safety and integration are central.

ANCESTRAL WORK & LINEAGE HEALING
Exploring inherited patterns, relational imprints, and the deeper threads that shape your present life. This work supports loosening what no longer serves, and reconnecting with strength and belonging across generations.

CREATIVE EXPRESSION & HEALING
Using art therapy processes to give form to inner images, emotions, and unspoken transitions. Creative process involves a symbolic exploration and becomes a bridge between what is felt and what is becoming.

RITUAL & EARTH-BASED GUIDANCE
A gentle return to embodied relationship with nature, seasonal rhythms, and the more-than-human world. Through eco-somatic work, simple ritual, and eco-constellations, this doorway supports grounding, perspective, and reconnection during times of change.

SPIRITUAL & INTUITIVE GUIDANCE
A contemplative space for those seeking clarity and inner orientation. Through reflective dialogue and intuitive exploration, this doorway supports connection with inner knowing and with spiritual lineages or traditions that nourish your path.

We start with reflective dialogue and somatic grounding,
